Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, and Quality
We actively prevent jobsite hazards by providing a safe work environment and adhering to the Occupational Health and Safety Administration standards. We work to predict any potential threats and plan accordingly through comprehensive safety execution plans and job safety checklists, which are mandatory on all of our sites.
Our number one asset is our people. To ensure quality on every project, GSC Austin must be a rewarding place to work; therefore, we provide opportunity and support to help our people grow in the industry. Lastly, we believe that a team approach between GSC Austin, our clients, and architects is our foundation for quality driven work.
Establishing value and trust is extremely important to all of us at GSC Austin. Integrity must underline all company relationships, including those with customers, subcontractors, communities, and our employees. We set high standards of ethical business conduct that we require of all our employees.
GSC Austin’s definition of quality is “meeting or exceeding the requirements of our clients.” Providing a quality final product is the end goal, but even more importantly, everything we do on a job we do to our very best ability. A big part of our promise of quality is the parameters in which we measure it.
